Order Delivery and Dispatch

Hiccup currently delivers to destinations worldwide via the following services:

Standard Delivery

- Free Delivery for orders over - £50 (applicable to UK mainland only)
- Orders within the UK - £3.95 (1-3 working days depending on location)
- Orders to Europe - £9.95 (3-5 working days depending on location)
- Orders to Rest of World - £15.95 (5-10 working days depending on location).

You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details.

Next Working Day Delivery (UK Only)

- Orders to the value of £19.99 and under - £6.95
- Orders to the value of £20.00 and over - £9.95

Orders placed before 4pm (Mon- Fri) are despatched the same day, for next day delivery via Next Working Day Special Delivery, subject to stock availability and security checks.

Please be aware that our Special Delivery Option guarantees next working day delivery for orders placed before 4pm (Mon- Fri). On Fridays 'Next Day' means Monday.

Due to courier limitations, FREE Standard delivery (1-3 days) is applicable only to UK Mainland orders and unfortunately excludes the following postal code areas / prefixes:

We work closely with Royal Mail and Parcelforce, to get your orders to you within the time frame(s) detailed above, however sometimes delivery can take longer than anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances. If this does occur, Hiccup Ltd will work our couriers to get your order to you asap, however we cannot be held responsible for any financial loss due to late deliveries. To avoid such occurrences, we recommend using our Guaranteed Next Working Day delivery option.

Please be aware that it is the customers responsibilty to supply the correct delivery address on placing their order. Hiccup Ltd cannot be held responsible for the loss of orders due to incorrect delivery addresses being submitted.

The delivery costs detailed are PER ORDER, so you can order a much as you like at the same time and the delivery charge will remain the same.

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours if the product(s) is available. You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched, so you know when to expect delivery of your order.

In the event of the product(s) you have ordered being temporarily out of stock, we will email you to let you know the estimated date of dispatch. At this stage, it will be possible to cancel your order if the delivery date is unsuitable.

Some larger bulkier items, eg Luggage, furniture, require specialist courier services outside the UK. If this is the case, the following icon will be displayed on the product page:

Where possible we will always try to find the best price courier for the job per destination country. Please note, you will not be able to order these products for delivery outside the UK through the website. Please email us for a shipping quote and we will contact you ASAP with the required information.

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and Hiccup Ltd is not responsible for them.

Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail (1st Class) and Parcel Force within the UK. All orders outside the UK are dispatched by Royal Mail Airmail and the Local Postal service of the destination country.

We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on hiccupgifts.com but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

If the Products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your Order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your Order and we will refund the money you have paid. Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 2-3 days (within the UK), Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost.
